I actually don't despise Biden. He has very late stage dementia and has no clue where he is most most of the time, much less what he's doing. Those pulling the string behind the scenes are who I despise.
Which leads me to my first choice and the answer to above: Obama, without a shadow of a doubt.

Biden is clearly a very bad actor but he is now senile. I despise the democratic party leadership and their GOP allies far more than Biden.

I hated Obama more. While Biden’s not my cup of tea, either, I’m not silly enough to believe he’s actually in charge of anything in Washington. He’s a figurehead with advanced dementia. Obama is the one likely in charge. Even more reason to hate Obama.
