This is what I was coming to type as well…

Most definitely and clearly a direct result of unvaccinated Trump supporters in southern states, right?

Cases tend to surge when it gets cooler in the area.

Why? People stay inside. Where you are more likely to be exposed to the virus.

Crazy I know...

Their positive tests are significantly up, their deaths are not up. They are flat which shows the efficacy of the vaccine to prevent death.

Or it is just natural that variants are much less severe.

I made this prediction a couple of days ago.

quote:

I think we'll see a surge within the next 3 months.

Why?

Efficacy from the injections seems to drop precipitously 3-6 months out. There weren't enough injections to start "vaccinating" en masse until April-May so we're just now getting to the 6-month point for those at the beginning of mass injections. If this all holds true, the next surge should be starting soon and it would primarily be breakthroughs.

No, this does not show that the vaccine prevents death...

If anything it shows the natural progression of a virus, which in normal cases become less deadly as it evolves...

That is possibly involved. With this new variant, the “lower virulence concept” is to be determined.

There are a lot of factors in play now that weren’t available during their previous surges in cases and deaths.

A lot of susceptible people are gone.
A lot of people have had the virus and recovered
A lot of their population has been vaccinated.
Therapeutics are now more available and their efficacy is better understood.

There are a lot of valid studies that show the vaccine lowers both hospitalization and death. I won’t waste my time arguing that, the numbers support that.

95% prevent you from catching it to it you're less likely to die. Get back to me in 5 years when we sure the juice does not cause various autoimmune disorders etc.

I don't know if you've been following the Louisiana dashboard, but fully vaxxed death % has been outnumbering the fully vaxxed cases & hospitalizations since they've started posting it.

This was updated today. Fully vaccinated is 24% of deaths while hospitalizations have been steady at 17% for a while. The cases number has never been more that 17% fully vaccinated.

I don't have all of the weekly updates screenshotted, but here are a couple from September:

Those who are vaccinated are more likely to harbor the virus, and spread the virus to others, whether the others are vaccinated or not. Natural immunity appears to kill Covid, immune response to the vaccine appears to allow Covid to remain long term (without symptoms) and spread.

Which reinforces the belief that young healthy people (who don’t need the vaccine) shouldn’t get it and become spreaders

It’s that, the people who were dying of Covid had exceeded normal life expectancy.
