I would assume students visas still have to be approved somewhere in the Executive branch or are judges doing that now?
If nothing else, Harvard can spend some of that endowment money.

Has this been approved by every Federal judge?

Wow, that's going to hurt.
Like unimaginably so.

Well one of their soldiers just murdered two people from the brainwashing they received at institutions like Harvard.

Needs to happen at every American institution of higher learning.
This is a bigger issue than most think. Our universities are training our future enemies.

Enforcing civil rights law is not an example of big government
Harvard’s refusal to do a thing about Muslim student harassment of Jewish students has grave consequences.

can't clean up anything because that would be "bigger government"

Who are the small government conservatives who disagree with the idea that the federal government controls immigration into the country?

Since when is this board or the federal government concerned about civil rights?

It is interesting that an administration that wants to end the DoE and remove federal oversight and involvement in favor of states and institutions running their own education system has exercised extreme control over education at all levels.
I'm for the abolishment of the DoE, the real, Congress-initiated end of the department entirely. An Executive Order does nothing to that end if there is a single breath left in the corpse. Wanting to have your cake and eat it too does nothing to influence Congress to kill the system once and for all. Ending DoE and direct Federal oversight of education means accepting that states and institutions can make their own decisions.

Yeah... but is this to punish Harvard or punish ALL international students that intend to attend there?
Eff Harvard and eff the activist ungrateful students showing their asses... but surely not the entirety of prospective students that have worked toward and made plans to attend are the activist type.. are they?
I'll wait for more commentary... I'm at a loss on this one.

STFU you socialist c unt
There has been a 1000% increase in antisemitic hate crimes at Harvard since the Hamas October 2023 attacks
It is so bad that Hillel and other Jewish orgs have taken the extraordinary step of advising prospective Jewish students to avoid the campus altogether
You don’t care.

Progressive's extreme hatred of jews has repercussions. OK. There are other universities international students can go to. Who cares?

I support civil rights for Americans. I don’t really give a frick about foreigners.
Caveat is that I don’t think women should be allowed to vote, serve in the military/police/fire department and the enrollment into higher education should be curtailed in favor of more men. I don’t know if those are really “civil” rights though.
