This is Heels Up's version of Biden's student loan forgiveness.

But who's going to make the payments for them?

Trump bid no taxes on tips, and Kamala comes back with this. Trump’s coming back with 40 acres and a mule.

That's going to help with housing prices.

If you think of him as a bot that is supposed to caricature the most leftist posters on social media, it's actually pretty funny.

If you're someone who regularly checks Twitter, he's doing a great job of mimicing some of the Harris supporters and people like Harry Sisson

Yep, and housing inflation is the main driver of the Biden/Harris inflation problems. This sounds like the Dodd Frank crap that led to the Great Financial Crisis

The only thing standing in the way of many would-be home buyers is the down payment. Since rent is higher than some housing payments, this would benefit buyers, especially the young who are starting families.

Why does everyone think this is a bad idea?

That would piss off the renters and people that have been paying on their mortgage for years. If you can't afford the down payment then you probably can't afford the insurance, taxes, or upkeep. Kumala next will promise free BJs and will toss everyone's salad to get elected.

Or maybe there Debt to Income with 6.5 rates on the values

If you dont have 20k to put at least 3.5% down on FHA you cant afford a 400k home

Its as great of an idea as that BOFA 100% for anyone who isnt white and under priveleged

Yet the only ones who take advatage of it cause they can afford it is ppl who have money

You dummies fall for all of this and theres already plent of down payment assistance

This could be the shot in the arm first-time home buyers need. I am curious how they will pay for it but hopefully, both sides can work this out.
You're either 18 years old or a troll account.

The fricking inflation will be so high that that won’t even be a drop in the bucket.

They’re not just economic illiterates, they don’t know how to deal with basic numbers.

If Kamala Chameleon is elected, it will advance the time to rapid decline of our nation so much. You can’t even imagine how much. It will be catastrophic.

I will never understand people that think you can rehabilitate the irresponsible by giving them “free” money to play with—no string attached.

If we can print the money to help these people get started, and do so without ramifications, then why wouldn’t we?

Sure that will bring housing down 50% back to a closer sense of reality too.
