Hope you're right.
In watching some of the trial, she did not seem to know her way around the courtroom, and didn't act overly professional. That's especially problematic when you have a judge hostile to your client.
I'm also questioning the lawyers in the Alvin Bragg hush money case. How is that going to trial so fast? Where were all the dispositive pretrial motions? I'd have that case tied up in motions and appeals until after the November election.
