Good....I get tired of hearing these attendants whine about being treated badly, but they are air nazis. If SNL was worth a lick they would do a Soap Nazi style skit but with fly attendants.

Yang has some bold ideas and he’s willing to think outside a specific political box. I can appreciate that even if I think some of his ideas are wacky or naive. And he doesn’t seem vindictive.

Flew southwest this past weekend and they were VERY over the top about masking. Announcing it while in the pre boarding line several times. Even calling out one guy who’s mask was below his nose. Once on the plane the flight attendant making the announcements yet again discussed the mask mandate and rules for eating and drinking and mask wearing while in flight.
This shite is getting out of hand. Some OTer needs to start up an anti mask Airline.

I think that transition happened around the time the terminology switched from “stewardess” to “flight attendant”.
Of course, I don’t think the industry term of “air mattress” has changed but they still appear to be thicker than they used to be. I guess they now come with a free box spring.

Can't wait to see Gutfeld tear them a new one tonight. That is ridiculous. My experience flying this summer was not like that at all though.
I flew Delta (with wif and kids) from Louisiana through ATL to Orlando (Disney) mid summer when the Delta variant was really taking off in Florida. CNN fake news was all giddy. We wore masks but the flight attendants were cool and didn't harass us at all except for boarding and de-boarding.
When the fasten seat belt sign was off, they really left us alone about it. My 7 year old rarely masks 100% properly and no one said a thing. We were allowed to unmask completely for drinks and snacks.
Either things have changed since the summer or mask enforcement is dependent on the flight crew's aggression.

I didnt wear a mask from ATL to MSY today. I honestly forgot to put it back on after putting my headphones in. Not a word was said.

As a 8 time delta diamond the dude is on a power trip. I will say I have screwed up and pulled my mask down when talking to FAs a few times. There are always a few mask nazis but I don’t find them bad at all. 100 flights this year without a problem and I have my mask down most of the time.
