I'm not a progressive.

I am also not a hypocrite.

Should a Dem gun shop owner refuse to transfer to a Proud Boy, because politics?

Of course not!

Dude should transfer or be sued into bankruptcy, for denying someone their constitutional right.

You guys just prove the uniparty, while pretending that MAGA is above it. You guys like what progressives do, just not who they do it to.

If the store owner has the right to refuse service, then more power to him. I’m not familiar with how the store process works. I’ve bought all my firearms through the company I work for.

Sorry….I’m referring to the guns I lost in that freak boating accident.

The right to keep and bear arms doesn’t mean you have the right to force someone else to sell you a firearm.

I'm not overly concerned with the Tranny brigade armed or unarmed.

I wouldn’t transfer it to an antifa or anyone I thought might be a commie or a nut or anyone in a trench coat, or anyone with purple or blue hair.

It does raise the issue of the slippery slope of who gets to decide who is a terrorist though. I’m sure a lot of the bad guys would like to label ultra maga extremists as terrorists.

Sorry, I generally agree, however ANTIFA is a domestic terrorist group and I believe he is in his rights to not conduct the background check.

What constitutional right was denied by one gun shop exercising its discretion? You do know that FFL's can refuse a sale if they believe the purchaser would do harm with it even if the purchaser is not otherwise disqualified?

These people would starve you, your family, leave you to rot & burn this county and the constitution to the ground for their ideology and cause.

frick them and the weak men who would try and stand on some pretend moral high ground & turn the other cheek while they'd slit your throat given the chance.

Discretion made explicit by the gun store owner.

So you are cool with a Dem gun owner refusing Proud Boys, Jan 6ers, MAGA, and such?

Gun dealers have every right to deny a sell. They just have to have a bad feeling about you. They can ultimately be held responsible for your actions with the weapon they sold you. I wouldn't sell to a card carrying member of a violent terrorist organization. It's their responsibility to monitor who buys the weapons.

So we should do all that to them, because we are better?

Yes, that store would fold up in a month due to lack of sales.

Last I checked, the gun store owner isn’t the government. He is free to determine who he engages in business with.

You aren't making the argument you that you think you are. Weak men with this thought process are exactly why we're in this situation and even having this conversation. You wouldn't be afforded the right to even have an opinion if the tables were turned let alone purchase a fire arm

He's not denying him the right to own a gun, he's just refusing to sell it to him personally.

Just as Christian bakeries should have the right to refuse to make gay dick cakes.

And for all the dealer knows, the guy is an FBI agent trying to entrap him. Who knows what the guy may have said to the dealer? Dealers choice.
