It’s all about the feel goods. She would feel better about herself.

Then you should be able to sleep at night without them. Right?

Drive up the cost of gun ownership (that disproportionately impacts low-income demographics), increase funding for other useless Democrat-legislated projects (which, like soda taxes, will under perform projections due how easy the tax can be avoided), and exist as yet another example of the failure and ignorance of gun-control advocates. The one possible upside is that this will be successfully challenged in court and CT will be cutting a large check to the SAF, GOA, NRA, or whoever the successful plaintiff party will be.

It won't, but the shills know that. It's an unenforceable law against private citizens, FFL's in CT will lose sales but FFL's in the neighboring states will do better.

I thought BamaAtM was the only poster dumb enough to make an argument like that.

Congrat, you've joined an exclusive club.

No, the gun regulations are all after the fact (no felons, no active restraining order), while car regulations are before you can possess one (licensure, registration, etc).

Yep. She actually thought you needed a license, registration, and insurance to possess a vehicle.

Often, almost everytime the topic of gun-control is brought up. Nevermind the fact that it is perfectly legal to own a vehicle without insurance or a driver's license.

Explain how we have more guns in this country and a gun death total that doesn't correlate to that.

That's incredibly easy.

Well isn’t that convenient for you. Just right off the entire statement with one word.
