Nope.

Here you go.

Thus, more guns = more gun deaths.

Explain how we have more guns in this country and a gun death total that doesn't correlate to that.

Use charts if necessary.

I gave two variables and you somehow came out of that with "confounders" as your big response.

Just admit that you fricked up and start over.

Oh. I read it. And, fact is, I know that you know you dodged.

Because you can't actually explain HOW the variables you believe support you actually do.

I get it. You're clearly bad with numbers. Maybe next time you won't venture into an area of debate you aren't equipped to engage in .

This is awesome.

You either misread my post or you don't actually know what confounders are. Either one makes this statement fricking precious.

More guns than what or whom?

Doesn't correlate to what?

Like I said, restate what you think you asked - because what you actually asked, I answered.

There's a proven (though complicated) link between SES and crime - poorer populations commit more crimes. Especially violent crimes. The US is not a poor country compared to other countries with high gun violence rates - if you compare us with our peers, we've got an abnormally high gun violence rate.

Look, I know you're having a little fun lying to everyone here, but some of these idiots are going to leave this actually thinking that what you're saying isn't dumb shite. That's a terrible way to go through life - stop lying to everyone.

It's clear you don't possess the skill for this.

Sad.

Your assertion and the data.

I already did that. You aren't new. You know there are only two ways out of this.

Details. Not assertions. Explain the details as you understand them(hint, I know you can't)

OK, so do you not understand my statement or do you not know what confounders are? It's one of those options.

More guns over time.

In the US, gun ownership has decreased over time. So has crime. If it makes you happier, "more guns" in this instance can mean "more gun ownership" to rule out the extreme minority of gun owners in the US who hoard a vast number of them and drive up the total number of guns in the country.

Additionally, perhaps other things (we can call these 'confounders') changed over time that also acted on the outcome variable of gun violence. Luckily I'm not using gun ownership over time as a prime source for my assertion that more guns = more gun deaths.

Show us the numbers demonstrating that owners with multiple guns actually counteract. Especially as compared to prior periods where some owned multiple guns.

Cool. Run over the numbers from which you are using to make the assertion.

You claimed to be knowledgeable. Surely, you can explain your assertions yourself.
