I legit have no idea what is going on or how many times the plans/goals shifted or what. It seems the "Main Street" stuff was fluff, at least. That's good.

Assuming that argument is correct, it will be the most marginal of increase and nothing like "bringing manufacturing jobs back for Main Street"
