To be clear. Black engineers are free to form their own club. But if it is state sponsored in any way, they cannot block people from other races from being members.
If they want to form a club on their own, they are 100% free to do that.
If they want to form a club on their own, they are 100% free to do that.

And this is why minority groups are allowed to crap on whites, because people have had this mentality. Why companies were/are able to put policies in place to deny whites entry. This DEI stuff isn't new, and brewing in parts of this nation without combating it.
As an example, the Adam Carrolla story where he said that when he was 18 he applied to be a Fireman. He was told as a white man he would be waitlisted for minority applications. 7 or yrs later he gets the call to come in to start the process. Sitting next to a female in the class/waiting room, and he asked her when she first applied. And her response was like 2 days prior. This happened in CA 40+ yrs ago, because the "no white people are threatened" mentality.

Never joined one, but at Alabama their houses are built on university owned land. And the same rules should apply. No discrimination on the basis of race.
