He went live announcing that he is working with the Florida Legislature to push for Constitutional changes using Article 5 to Amend the US Constitution.

They are pushing for Constitutional Amendments for:

1) Term Limits
2) Federal Balanced Budget
3) Line Item Veto for the President
4) Congress can't make laws on the citizens that don't apply to themselves

Just requiring a balanced budget every year would go a long way to fixing many problems in this country.

Let's try not to let this devolve into the typical bullshite on this board please.

Try to keep it specifically about this effort that the Florida Legislature and the Governor are taking.

Only thing I’d add is language to tighten up the 2nd Amendment, make it a little more absolute.

Where was this during his campaign? Because it appears he ran on covid, removing worthless eleced officials, abortion, hate speech, and the 2A??

Makes one wonder, if its only about repairing his image for '28

IMO, I don't want to open the Constitution up for amendments with the group running things now. I would prefer that we simply follow what is already there.

That's a little beyond his understanding.

Enacting such is impossible given the Dem's 'Cloward-Piven' strategy of "engineered collapse" (of the USD) and "fundamental change". Implementing such if passed, would cause a societal meltdown and painful anarchy given the DEI narrative that the Transnational Progressive 'movers and shakers' and the economic lower class have embraced.

Conservatives will be lucky to win the Senate, much less pass any serious Laws which undermine Transnational Progressive hegemony.

You mean, where was his entire history of conservatism as governor during his campaign? It's almost like we told you this but you chose to ignore it because you were told to.

Because we were telling you before he even announced that no one cared anymore about covid, or that he was being mean to Disney, or that he cleaned up Fla. elections while pretending that the other 49 states didnt cheat during 2020

And clearly we were right

Regardless, my point still stands. Why didnt Desantis HIMSELF run on these issues, instead of the weak arse shite that got him 3rd place?

There was a less than zero chance this was happening.
