Murkowski convinced them to change to rank choice voting in Alaska to keep herself in.

Without it, she would have been ousted last election.

You can blame Kentucky's Republican party for that. He hasn't faced a serious primary challenge in decades.

While I agree with you in principle, Biden and Mitch are not the same. Biden was leader of his party and the free world, Mitch is just another senator, 1 of 100. There is no hypocrisy, Congress is filled with senile old fricks, from both parties, who should have stepped aside a long time ago

Every board I frequent and x account I follow has wanted his ouster for a long time.

Republicans aren’t going around saying he’s fine and at the top of his game anywhere.

I want Trump to break Mitch down on his way out the door.

It kind of reminds me of McCain before he kicked it. I can’t believe I ever voted for that guy. It’s pathetic to think that was the best the GOP had at that time.

Is there a process to dispose of him because of it? Honest question, I don’t know.

Kentucky is who "allows" him. They keep voting him in.

Muh ‘collegial respect’, for their long serving elders, FT. Aside, I’m listening to Royce White and that guy is the cutting edge. “I’m six foot eight, 250 pounds with green eyes…” in a rant against Norm Coleman being allowed into the Hegseth/MAGA inner circle. He’s seriously independent and a possible loose cannon but I wish Trump would elevate him to a higher profile status.

This is why they need term limits. Will not happen though. Back when they made the Constitution people did not live to be 90 to 100 yrs old.

This is not the GOP's fault. It's Kentucky's fault for re-electing him and it's his fault for not stepping down due to his mental and physical aging. The GOP didn't do this.

I gave his office a message telling them "President Trump deserves to appoint people he trusts. Senator McConnell voted with the likes of Schiff and Schumer and against the values of Kentuckians. I am ashamed of him."

The GOP doesn't dictate candidates. Only the Dem party does that.

They do provide funding for candidates, and it always went to McConnell. Hell, he controlled the senate fund.

I don't know how much money they gave him or how much blame you can give to the Ky. voters since he wasn't as senile during his election as he is now. That's why the blame is on him.
I'm convinced that he has Eddie Robinson Syndrome. Grambling wanted to fire him when he became senile but they wouldn't because of his historical status. He refused to retire and confided to people that he was convinced that he would die when he retired. Might be the same with McConnell.

Did you see him tottering after the vote last night. He's one good fall and a broken hip from being out of the Senate. He's not mean like Pelosi...just a doddering old fool.

Gop look like hypocrites

Theres a huge difference between the leader of the entire nation, and an ousted leader of one party in one house of congress

And the fact that Mitch is no longer leader should also make it not hypocritical. You can however blame the entire state of KY for McConnell even being there
