Goldman Sachs employee shot in chest by man that has been let go on bail reform.

Sooooooo. He was let go with an outstanding gun charge. Yet. Yet. The NY Mayor is sooooo worried about gun violence.
And Jamie Dimon is still not returning the NY mayor’s call to invite him to ride the subway.
Dimon say… nahhhhhhh.

The New York Police Department confirmed that Daniel Enriquez, 48, from Brooklyn, was heading into Manhattan for brunch when he was shot in the chest at around 11:40 a.m. on Sunday as the Q train was crossing the Manhattan Bridge from Downtown Brooklyn into Lower Manhattan. NYPD chief Kenneth Corey said there was no interaction between the victim and the shooter before the shooting. “According to witnesses, the suspect was walking back and forth in the same train car and, without provocation, pulled out a gun and fired it at the victim at close range as the train was crossing the Manhattan Bridge,” said Corey during a press conference at the Canal Street subway station.

The person they want to talk to is a 25-year-old Brooklyn resident with about 20 prior arrests, including an outstanding gun charge from last year. He also has prior arrests for assault, robbery, menacing and grand larceny.

But it’s not about lax application of the laws by soft on crime DA’s, it all a lack of “gun control”!

The dirty secret these liberal gun-grabbers don't want to talk about is that they don't enforce the current laws on the books and are extremely lenient on criminals with illegal guns.
Yet, the greatest threat to civilization is a legal, law-abiding gun owner, apparently.
The average convict in Illinois has been arrested for violence and/or gun crimes up to a dozen times before serving any serious time.

“Let’s take guns away from honest men instead of locking up violent criminals” really seems to be working out. Eh leftist?

I really hate that for his family but you are on your own if you listen to what anyone in the government tells you. Wise men do the opposite.

They get what they vote for. I fully support ALL criminals in the street continuing ALL crimes in NY.

No! It's about generational injustices suffered by marginalized peoples!
Stop white washing my culture!

Am I racist because I assumed the ethnicity of the suspect?

They let anyone with less than a murder rap back on the street. Because of the lack of repercussion, eventually the perp ends up killing someone.
This is the opposite of what happened during Giuliani's clean up of NYC. They took even minor offenders off the street, which eventually led to a much safer city.
