Let's just low ball everything and see what happens. Let's say corona has been around for 60 days and there are a total of 100 counties in the U.S. (there are actually over 3,000).
That's 60 different opportunities for 100 different counties to get a number, so it's 6000 different "per day" counts. Breaking news, there are less than 6000 different combinations of a three digit number. And that 6,000 is really more like 200,000.
So yeah, math isn't your strong suit.

Here is how many "number configurations using any three numbers" there are: 100 through 999. There are 900 of them.
There are 195 countries in the world, and if each of them has reported their cases for the last 100 days, that would be 19,500 reports. Odds are they have hit all 900 three digit numbers at least once. And that's before we get to state and county level reports, and not just in the US but also the various administrative divisions of countries around the world. There have easily been hundreds of thousands, if not millions of individual reports on new cases.
And that's just daily reports. There are also weekly and monthly reports of new cases.

I tried 012 and it gave 1,012 new cases and in Russia 11,012 cases.. Such bullshite!!!
