uhh, no cap & trade, the free allocation variety, is by definition not a tax.

Isn't that what your Messiah swore to for years about Obamacare before he instructed his Solicitor General to argue that it was a tax before the Supreme Court?

And what do you think your Messiah would tell his Solicitor General to argue about his Cap-and-Trade SCAM if it ever came before the Supreme Court?

Any grown man who uses the word "dude" in an attempt to appear cool cannot be a PhD scirntist. Or even a grown man.

Are you finished editing your post? How many times did you change your post? I stopped counting after three.

ETA: After I posted I see you've edited your post again. So that makes at least 4 times. And, yes, I know Antarctica is a landmass. I've been there and walked on the land there. Have you?

Once again you've proven you can't comprehend written English. I feel sorry for any students assigned to your class. They must be miserable knowing their teacher is an imbecile.

My point is exactly what I said. You don't need fed regulated cap and trade in order to see reductions in emissions. The private sector is doing it itself

You are actually acknowledging solar output to be variable??!!

I asked you a simple question Mr PhD AstroPhysicist, sir.
Please answer the question.

Take your time.

You know you're being set up.
Apparently you do not know how.

Be intellectually brave, go for it.
What could you lose?

Give up, NC. Spidey is functionally illiterate. He can't read simple sentences and comprehend their meaning.

You could be on to something. A large powerful force narrowly focus at the problem with the largest of possible resources behind it could apply some degree of success.

SpidermanTuba,

If none of the climate models have predicted the past/current climate accurately, what makes you think that if we reduce CO2 through some scheme the models will suddenly be accurate and the earth will respond as they predict and cool to the perfect temperature?

Also, is the cost to prevent global warming, in both dollars and lives (there is probably a cost in human lives when the benefits of economic expansion and improved living conditions are denied to poor countries) less than the cost to learn to adapt to a slightly warmer earth? Who has calculated these costs accurately?

Worst case scenario is 1m of rise in LA. How bad in actuality is this? I don't see the need to change our whole lives on the off chance the ocean is up 3 feet in 85 years
