I think this is a smaller version of the photo I saw. Analyzing photos is not my bag, but I can't say it isn't legit. I assume it is, but who knows?

I was never one who was convinced she was dead, but at the very least they've been shielding her from the public. Her health can't be too good if they have to protect her like that.

PS - I will say, though. I happened to be watching Fox News when they announced she was dead, and that remains one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen.

I haven't seen the photo. Honestly, I wouldn't have been surprised to find out that she has been dead for awhile. The lack of pics/vids of such an important figure in this day and age is puzzling to say the least.

They just do not want people to know how sickly she is. Barely alive a n unfit to continue to serve!

Who's keeping her working? She's the one that wants her last day on earth to be her last day at work. I retired at 59.

She wants her last day at work to be a day a Democrat is in office. I know all justices to some degree plan their departure on idealogical terms, but this woman hardly able to work and in and out of cancer treatments and broken bones takes it to such an extreme that it severely diminishes the legitimacy of the court.

An honest news organization would put "File Photo" on that picture if it was from 2018.

If for some reason Trump gets re-elected but the Republicans lose the Senate this will get crazy. Ginsburg will retire in about 15 to 18 months regardless of who wins (if she is still here). A Democrat majority senate could refuse a hearing to a Trump nominated jurist. But in falling to 8 members there would be a number of rulings 5 to 3. The democrats would twist arms for Roberts to join the other side which would lead to a tie and lower court ruling will prevail. It's going to be crazy. At least Roberts won't form a majority. But any ruling coming in from the 9th circuit will be stayed. I hate to think about it.

She's a tough old bird. God Bless her. I don't agree with her politics but wish her the best health-wise.

How much does it have left at this point? The entire DOJ has become a punchline.
