There is no difference in the two parties at a national level. They are all on the same team.
If a democrat's district goes red, he'll miraculously have a change in his positions and his party affiliation.
The same goes for the Republicans.
We get to see how they treat the people not playing the game. If they aren't getting the Trump, MTG, or maybe Gaetz treatment, they're on the fricking team.

DC uniparty is real when it comes to war, trade, and borders. That’s where our crook politicians make all their money. The social issues are just fodder to divide and conquer. If we are split into Rs vs Ds, men vs women, black vs white— we’re too busy to watch our political elites rob us blind

The "swamp" is essentially the Government; it has become the economic pivotal basis for the delivery of goods and services. Destroy the Swamp and destroy societal infrastructure; that is why they all know that Trump is insane, because he'd do it.
Both Sides think they can control the populous in the imminent and inevitable economic collapse, with Government becoming the arbiter for basic goods and services. We'll see if that dog hunts.

He didn’t drain shite and we all know it. He had every opportunity to do a mass replacement and didn’t.
OMB is still my favorite POTUS but he definitely failed us because he chose to play nice with the swamp monsters and they kicked his arse. Period.
