If not, I don't know how the 3 requirements for a libel lawsuit could be met.
ETA: I see this point was already brought up. It seems that both tweets are worded in ways to get around defamation. A shitty thing to do, but not illegal as the way worded.

Why hasn't OJ ever tried to sue someone for defamation? Because I'm sure there are countless tweets referencing "OJ & Murderer".
