The two are clearly and inextricably linked. The level of wilfull ignorance you are displaying here is amazing, even for you.

Anyone with a shred of factual knowledge of the Travon Martin case knows how full of shite you are in stating this opinion. You are certainly the (half)wit here.

Which part of thos particular case is frivolous? Otherwise, it's just a non sequitur.

Yes they mention Trayvon’s death the result of white supremacy and racism in complete contradiction to reality.
Who killed Trayvon?
This is weak, even for you

I'm surprised Pete didn't hire Zimmerman for the South Bend PD. Zimmerman wants to be a cop and he's already killed a black person so it's the perfect department for him.

Unless I'm missing something, does either tweet actually mention Martin by name?
If not, I don't know how the 3 requirements for a libel lawsuit could be met.
ETA: I see this point was already brought up. It seems that both tweets are worded in ways to get around defamation. A shitty thing to do, but not illegal as the way worded.

Come on dude...if I were to say it was a bright, sunny, mid-July day in Alabama with the sun beating down and local swimming pools at full capacity...even a damned fool would know I was inferring that it was hot although I didn't say it literally.
Are you really going to keep this as an argument of yours?

You think there’s no difference between mentioning him and not mentioning him in a suit about tweets defaming him?

Your 15 minutes were up years ago, Zimmy.

We would, but a cold day wouldn't be able to sue you for defamation since you didn't call it out specifically.
Its not really an argument, it's the legal standard.

Normally I would agree but if someone is being falsely misrepresented or slandered by leftist Dims seeking the nomination for the presidency I say go get'm George.

Why hasn't OJ ever tried to sue someone for defamation? Because I'm sure there are countless tweets referencing "OJ & Murderer".
