W has shown on numerous occasions with Obama that he greatly respects the office. No matter who is in it. I would call this move expected, honestly.

Now that the Bush's are confirmed the Clinton's will look like dog crap losers if they don't attend. HRC and WJC started a wear all black in mourning for Dubya's. So if Crooked goes she will wear all black with a sign that says she won the popular vote.
