Documentary on him that I watched, what a great guy. He said during the Ali fight, round before he was knocked out "I lay into him with a barrage to the body, just laying it on him, I stop, Ali grabs the back of my head and pulls me close and whispers in my ear...George is that the best ya got....and I thought to myself, yeah, thats pretty much it".
Great person, great person.
Great person, great person.

That made me LOL.
That loveable SOB helped feed me through college with a weird dripping hamburder press, now he's reminding me that getting extended home warranties on my major appliances may not be a bad idea.

Why didn’t wealthy black celebrity athletes of the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s understand how suffocated they were by crippling white oppression in the racist hellscape known as the USA?

He made hundreds of millions by putting his name on that thing. I don’t know if we ever cleaned ours in college.

That’s the American Dream. Can you imagine some of these Soy Boys getting in big George Face. He would drop them. That would be glorious to watch.

He used to come to the dealership where I worked. I don’t know if I have ever met a more humble, regular guy. Someone came up and asked him for an autograph, and he was like really!? Wow! Hahaha. Super human!

Foreman is a certified badass. If you met him and didn’t know who he was, though, you’d never know. As down to earth as they come. Simple man.

I went to his church one time in Houston. Took a picture with him after the service - typical boxer pose, shaking hands with one hand and a posed punch with the other. When I got home and looked at the picture, realized the two giant sunflowers at the preacher podium we were standing in front of looked like they were growing out of my ears. I looked ridiculous. Lol

I have not talk to George in years, but I did know him a little bit. A genuine sweetheart of a human being.
