That's a bunch of bulls hit. There are tons of opportunity to have a great career and make plent5bof money. Get a degree that has real potential to get a great job....or, pursue a trade, which is even better. So sick of hearing the young whining when they get basic studies degrees, or worse.

You should probably avoid threads on economics because you lack even a basic understanding. Stabilizing inflation or lowering its trajectory doesn’t mean prices are going to ever drop to pre Covid levels. I don’t know how many times you are going to continue to post that stupidity. Inflation has been created by bad monetary policy and trillions in debt, not the war in Iran. That is temporary fuel cost inflation but you will experience inflation similar to Biden’s although likely worse if Democrats pimp amnesty and reopen the borders. Unfortunately, you can’t seem to grasp that basic concept

Well the group holding all the wealth are retiring with pensions from their jobs that they got with a high school degree so seems disingenuous to berate them over this
Additionally the person vowing to bring those jobs back is busy in the Middle East just like the “capitalist” presidents before him.

CPI was 2.9 in 2024 it’s 3.4 for the last 12 months.
Does that match up with Trumps promises?

Ok, grandpa. It's not like education costs (and student loans) have skyrocketed, housing costs have skyrocketed, food costs twice what it did 10 years ago, and young people entering the workforce have to compete both with AI and all the H1Bs the government keeps letting in, all while real wages are stagnating and the government stacks up 40 trillion in debt. They just need to go give the boss a firm handshake, or all go be plumbers.
Being the party of rich boomers telling young people "quit whining" is definitely going to work out well for the anti-socialists.

Socialism isn't the answer, but the brand of capitalism currently dominating our nation isn't healthy either. One will destroy us quickly, one is in the process of killing us slowly. Neither are good.
