I don't believe her. I would like to see what she calls gain of function. And in case you didn't realize it, gain of function research can occur without involving bioweapons development or BSL-4. It can occur at BSL-2. You can perform gain of function research on the flu virus for example. Not a good idea of course.

You have a tweet from someone who isn't the DNI, with no direct quotes from the DNI, but hey they did include her picture so that's a nice attempt at legitimacy.
She very famously made these allegations long before she was appointed, back in 2021/22
Is there any actual video or quoted statement from her as DNI making the same claims? Anything at all from this year?

This was never a conspiracy. Domestic companies like Black & Veatch engineered and built them. The documents are all public.
