If there is 'evidence' then why are people like Powell etc all taking plea deals in Georgia and admitting that they lied about their claims? Why not use the trial to present the evidence?
Do what we tell you and you get probation. Fight us and we will send you to jail for 5 years.

Do you deny: 10's of thousands of illegal votes were cast in Dane and Milwaukee Co's alone? Do you deny: Asymmetrical ballot curing was rampant in PA? Do you deny: GA courts have only recently admitted they erred in those idiotic "No Standing" rulings?
Also don’t forget states illegally changing their laws to allow for drop boxes and harvesting.

Can someone explain to me - like I’m 5 - why their attorneys withdrawing means something?
If ballots don’t exist - why would they withdraw? What does it mean for the case?

Yes, there is still a pending lawsuit regarding the 2020 Presidential Election in Fulton County.
Favorito et al v Wan et al
was filed back in December 2020 in the Fulton County Superior Court but was abruptly dismissed in October 2021 for issues over standing.
The plaintiffs appealed and eventually had the dismissal overturned after the Georgia Supreme Court ruled on a key case,
Henry County Board of Commissioners v Sons of Confederate Veterans,
that ensured voters do have standing to bring a case.

Responding to a Motion to Quash Subpoenas, Floyd’s attorneys argued that if they prove Donald Trump won Fulton County, and Georgia, the RICO indictment would “go away”.
They then argued that Fulton County doesn’t want to hand over the records requested because they simply don’t have them.
Fulton County Board of Registrations admitted they failed to retain “the majority of ballot images from in-person voting for the Nov 3, 2020 election original machine count.”

Way before the 2020 election was even near to a decision he was saying they are gonna cheat and we know they will. He already knew what they were gonna do. Timing is everything.
Trump Executive Order #13848 Signed September 12, 2018
Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election
quote:
On September 12, 2018, the President of the United States declared a national emergency under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to deal with the threat of foreign interference in or undermining public confidence in United States elections.01 On September 8, 2022, the President continued the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13848 for one year, as per section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act.
You know who signs an EO setting up penalties/processes for foreign interference in our elections, 7 weeks before the midterm elections during his first term? Brass-balled Donald John Motherfricking Trump, that's who.

Then I’m sure it helped for 2020 and prevented foreign interference

All I wanna know is did they ever fix the leaking water pipe? It sounded awful on election night. I could never find an update on that anywhere

Are there still pending legal battles going on in GA?

If you prevent a criminal from even attempting a crime, that’s a win in that moment.
If you catch a criminal in the act, that is a win every day that they are incarcerated…

Look at the plea deals. Powell paid a $3000 fine and her case is over. I believe her charge may have even been a misdemeanor and carried no further legal discipline. Continuing to proceed would cost a fortune in time and money and always had the chance of losing/appeals/etc.

But they supposedly have proof Georgia was stolen from Trump. What you are saying doesn’t make sense. Why would someone who has proof take a plea? That defies all logic. I’ll ask again, why aren’t Powell etc using this to submit all the proof they have that Georgia was stolen from Trump? Seems like that should be pretty easy. Right?

They have evidence. Even if it rises to the level of proof, you never ever know what is going to happen in court. I mean. Look at the cases happening now. It’s clear they are all politically driven, but you take a chance when you go to court.

In Fulton county. Likely not. Even a rookie prosecutor knows anything can happen in court.
You going to gamble 5 years in prison when they are giving you probation? Of course you aren’t.

Still hasn’t answered your question.

Or, they don’t have the evidence they said they did which is why they are taking plea deals. Trumpies have begged for their day in court to submit evidence but when they get it they take a plea? Yeah, that doesn’t sound good.

You are aware of that, right?
You know why it's ongoing? Because it was not allowed to be brought by the courts ... until after charges were filed against Powell and Co.

I guess. In my experience, if a prosecutor has the goods you don’t give probation. Of course, what do I know? I was only a prosecutor for two years.

You do know the difference between a civil case with open discovery and a criminal prosecution don’t you?
