So do these decisions by Trump fall under the Executive Branch?? If so, what's the law that gives federal judges the right to put a hold on what he does that falls under his authority?
Does the President have the power to meddle in the day to to day of the Judicial Branch?

It’s a feint. A false victory.

And relocate their positions to the Alaskan Artic or Gitmo divisions.

This dumbass judge has no authority to prevent the head of the Executive branch from running that department as he sees fit as long as it is within the bounds of the Constitution.
Trump has done nothing unconstitutional and should just ignore this clown.

So explain why employees under the executive branch can’t be put on leave, fired or positions removed by the leader of the executive branch?
I hate our government. We elected Trump to clean house and it’s rotten to the core in all 3 branches. I’m starting to think violence may be the only remaining option

I wish Trump would follow the “he made his ruling, now let him enforce it” mantra

Just empty their offices. No desks, no chairs, no phones, no computers. Nothing but 4 bare walls.

isn't this order moot because USAID is now defunct and under the auspice of Sec Rubio?

Standing.
How can a random circuit court claim standing over USAID? Wouldn’t this be a DC Circuit decision?

Same judge over Bannon's 'contempt of the deep state' trial

All good!!!! Let's see how it plays out. Trump's team anticipated this frickery and have planned multiple plans of "attack".
Need evidence????? Look at the last 18 days!

JFC, you people making such a big deal about USAID's $32 billion budget.
To put that in perspective:
$32 billion represents just under 10% of just the debt service of $330 billion for 2024.
Or...
...1.7% of the 2024 federal deficit.
...0.8% of the total federal budget for 2024.
Eliminating USAID would barely move a decimal point in our budget deficit.
To put that in perspective, eliminating the ENTIRE military/defense budget still would not get the budget in the black.
Our problems are so much deeper than USAID. That's just a little raw meat they're throwing at the base to keep them giddy. Meanwhile, it doesn't actually add up to diddly squat.
Priorities in order should be:
Social Security
Medicare
Medicaid
Defense
There are TRILLIONS of dollars being wasted in those programs, and even m ore patronage in any one item than all of USAID. DOGE is chasing after pennies when they should be chasing Ben Franklins.

Impeach this judge and its liberal jurisprudence!

It's not so much how much, as what it's being spent on.
$32 billions pays for a lot of gaslighting and interference in elections.

I understand your sentiment on the amount and the focus of this board in the dollar funds. The real story is that the cia and state department have been using specific ngos to get around what they can do legally. USAID funds propaganda farms around the globe for color revolutions and tipping the scales for “elected” officials.

You miss the large play. This set in motion what's to follow by showing how easy and how much corruption is occurring.
So when the targets become larger and more difficult no one is surprised and all the talking points have been spent. This has greased the road for what's coming if that helps.

You're saying you know what the $621 billion is being spent on in the discretionary defense budget?
...or what the $400 billion going to Medicaid is being spent on?
...or the $600 billion going to Medicare?
You have no idea. But you don't care, because you're being distracted by the $32 billion going to USAID. What other programs does the CIA use to cover its operations? Peace Corps? State Department?
Y'all are just cats chasing a string while the rats are getting away with the cheese.
