BREAKING: Further evidence of the #KyleRittenhouseTrial DA suborning perjury, adding to a plethora of prosecutorial misconduct.
The Khindri brothers, BOTH Sal & Sam, were present at car source earlier in the day, with Kyle, Dominick, and Nick.
The DA knew this footage existed.

As I teach my sons, never lie. It always eventually comes to light. Tons of corrupt people in this case that all need to face maximum punishment allowed by law. Kyle should own Kenosha.

Kyle was there to protect the car source lots. But the scum car source owners lied and said they didn’t hire anybody to protect their property likely because they didn’t want to be sued. So the entire predicate of the prosecution claiming that Kyle and his armed cohorts being there gratuitously and not needed was a complete fabrication that the prosecution knew was false. More underhanded communist FBI shite.

Didn't the defense show during the trial the photos with the owner in a group containing all the defenders??
I don't understand why this is a problem.
IF the owner declared at trial he didn't know they where there, that would be perjury - and wouldn't the prosecution have to come back and acknowledge that after the defense put on the absolute refutation??
of course I am still burdened with a mentality born of the real world - I have not successfully transitioned into the the new "woke" paradigm.

Defense was way to easy on those guys (Car Source) on the stand. The judge and defense ( and prosecution) let them sit there and lie under oath.

At first I was thinking that the judge was blustering to get the State to stop screwing around. Several times, I could just see it in the judge's face, he wanted to call a mistrial.
Then... nothing.
Now I believe he either was bluffing all along, or he got a phone call from " some one ", and is simply going to allow it all to move forward, regardless of what the prosecution does. The judge is acting every bit as a compliant pawn, and nothing more.

They tried to explain it away as the guy who owned it just stopped by and a former employee was there and he agreed to take a picture with them.

This is what I think happened. Someone with influence has intervened and informed the judge that Rittenhouse is going to be guilty one way or the other. I think they got to the defense also, they aren't fighting all the malfeasance like they should be. Kyle is getting railroaded

Last night Tucker proved that the prosecution knew the identity of the man who kicked Kyle in the head right before the skateboard attack. Kyle took two shots and missed the black guy who did this. Kyle is facing charges of public endangerment for those shots, but the prosecution lied about not knowing his identity and thus disallowed the defense from calling him to trial to discuss what happened.
