Around here, it's common, very common, for them to pull their shirts off before throwing down.
Very common fighting tactic in this city, is to pull somebody's shirt up over their head so they can't see.
Can also drag them around, making it easier for others to get shots in.

A lot of shite moved up from Chicago to Milwaukee starting in the 1990’s due to better opportunities to sell drugs as well as much better welfare benefits. The north side of Milwaukee went to shite fast.

Westport has been under a teen curfew for... A couple of decades? Because of the fights teens were causing in the area.
I tried to look it up, to be sure but all I got were results for two new ones. One from 2020 and a new one in 26. But I definitely remember them putting the area under curfew from way before then.
STL has a city-wide curfew, as well.
