Not wanting to sound sound insensitive,but I have looked worse than that,after bar fights that I won.
shite swells up later. There aren't any real cuts through the skin,just some blood from the nose and lip.
You can get what he has from being tackled on hard ground,or asphalt.

Local PD said use of force was "reasonable and justified" quickly handed over to state bureau for investigation. Local officials not saying much. Juvenile status making it very touchy. Whether it ends up being justified or not will likely not change the outcome as far as it going national. It's possible it doesn't get picked up.
ALl Troy officers have body cams, so there should be evidence, but there was a foot pursuit – so one could have come off or the cops could claim it did.

Of course I'm only seeing it through the 17 year old's eyes - the police said "he reached to his waistband like he was going to pull a weapon"
Then proceed to whoop his arse.
Of course I have a disdain for police because they arrested me on the most bullshite "fleeing" charge you'd ever heard of and then drop that mother fricker come court time.

Do what the cops tell you, don’t resist, don’t run, and your odds of not getting your arse kicked or killed is 99%. I don’t see why so many people fail to understand that, it’s very simple
