Nova Scotia has a long history of not wanting to be part of Canada.

and the USN watched and listened to that French POS the entire trip. Too bad a Virginia class wont surface next to the frogs to say hi.

We own the depths.

Lot's of stories of how many Frenchmen were offered the choice of going to prison or marrying a whore and going to the new world.

I wonder what my forefathers did?

So, no, the napoleananic war would be the last large scale war the British were successful in.

Suffren class SSN's are named after the 18th-century French admiral Pierre André de Suffren de Saint-Tropez.

This is a big nothing burger. They were more likely working with us on something and just bailed.

This first popped up on the interwebs/social media two days ago. You'd think something would have shook loose by now if there was anything much to it.

We should give Russia the greenlight to park one of theirs off the French coast.

And dare Europe to do a fricking thing about it.

They know they won't.. especially without our help.

We know they won't.

Humiliate them for their little grandstanding.

The USN has a total of 52 SSNs to cover the entire globe.

Do you really believe that we would waste one of them following a boat from an allied navy? A boat that is not even equipped with nuclear missiles?

France operates five SSNs and four SSBNs. Are we following all of them?

How mad would we be if lets say, New York was hit.

Hit by what?

This is a fast attack sub, not a boomer

Its designed to attack ships and other subs, not nuke cities

I am shocked to learn France has a navy. Now, when will they get a real army?

It is why they are so soft and cowardly and we are not. I really believe this is true.

When was the last time the United States won a major conflict. I'll give you a hint: It ended in 1945.
