All I know is during Obama years the national debt doubled in 8 years

More than 9 Trillion dollars...

All of it was blamed on Bush tax cuts for the rich...and the ME war.

Both sides spend too much.

Bernie wants to end America with his compassion to give people their god given human rights...like baby sitting while you go to work.

Hpu should try NOT listing 2009 twice next time. As most of the spending increases were passed after inauguration.

Dude you have like 7 posts. What's up bernie bot loser

You must be retarded. Explain how the the debt went from $10T to $20+T from 2008-2016. You are such a light weight, nice deflection. I'm sure you also support the entitlement expansion driving the deficit as well. GFY.

Anytime a sentence starts with "Fox reporting..." or "CNN reporting..." you can pretty much stop reading right there.

There was never a budget during obama due to democrat inaction

You’re a liar, and a dumb one too

What does that have to do with Bernie's plan?

Bernie's thought process is geared to not advancing America's progress on all fronts, rather it is to lower it to the average standards of the rest of the world.

What nobody is reporting on is that none of Bernie Sanders proposed socialist agenda has any chance of passing into law.
Practically all Republicans, and half the Democrats would vote against his proposals. Bernie would have to manage to somehow not only flip the House and Senate to not only Democrats, but far leftist Democrats. There is zero chance of that. Let's say every Bernie Bro breathing voted, there aren't enough far left congress and senate candidates to vote for to make it work. If Bernie wins the nomination, it will be easy enough to constantly point out there is zero path to implementation.
Nobody can even agree that his utopian ideas are even good for the country. Yes, everyone having Healthcare is great, but everywhere it exists, it is a mess. Free college? Hell no. It's debatable how valuable a college education is and too many people like me have paid for kids to go to college, so I'd want my money back first, before we even talk of giving everyone else free college. And the rest of his ideas are even crazier.

The real problem seems to be Republicans in the White House.
President does not pass a budget. He recommends a budget. The purse strings are held by the House

periods of exploding deficits had the Dems controlling the House

The Obama deficit reduction was under a GOP House. Not one Obama written budget was ever passed, iirc.

So all you are doing is proving that, while the GOP are NOT fiscally conservative, they are far better at reducing deficits than Dems.

If you need further education on how governments work, I suggest a High School Civics course. At least when you are old enough.

Ya, you can. Context is a thing.

And the first little bit of context you should understand is that POTUS doesn't set the budget.

You know, power of the purse and all that jazz?

So when someone starts of using those numbers then follows up "SEE IT'S BECAUSE A REPUBLICAN WAS IN THE WHITEHOUSE" I immediately know they're a clueless fricking moron repeating talking points without even the most basic understanding of how our government operates.

52% doesn’t sound bad when they talk about taking everything from you.

You’re being conditioned.

From what I remember they used the last budget that had passed and just winged it thereafter. So yeah you’re right. There was no budget.
