Weird since roe was a late term abortion law which most people oppose

irrelevant. Many of the state bans currently in effect are point of conception bans, and choice has had the edge in that poll for many years.

yeah.. I don't understand that sentiment. voting doesn't change the constitution. If you want to kill your babies move to California, no one will stop you. If you don't want to kill your babies or if you don't care if other people want to kill their babies, just keep on keepin on.

Another problem with the RvsW argument is congress and senate have no authority to dictate Supreme Court rulings and even if they did the democrats control congress and the tiebreaker in senate. So it was overturned on their watch, not the Republicans.

Of course that would be expecting a democrat voter to think, may as well expect water to not be wet

Media is creating doubt and lack of confidence.
The simple solution is show your strength and get out and vote!

You're delusional. Every pro choice person now has a reason to vote when they may have been complacent over the years. This definitely energizes the democrat base and you'd be a fool to think it doesn't

Nope.

The vast majority of pro-choice people (of which I'm one) aren't passionate over it. Not at all.

They hold opinions about it. Have discussions at cocktail parties over it. But ultimately, they really don't give a shite. Even the Ozark snake handlers and tongue speakers on this board would still vote for Trump if he came out today and said he was pro-choice.

Most people, right or left aren't basing their vote on a political issue as dumb as abortion.

People vote with their wallets. Always have, always will.

There's something wrong with this poll.

Bret Baier's wishcasting. He's ready to call the Arizona Senate race at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

And state abortion bans are simply bad policy. Because they do not accomplish what they set out to accomplish. No different than minimum wage policy or rent control policy or other flawed, usually well-meaning policy.

You people are insufferably dishonest with your both sides crap. There's not a single leftist that cares about policy or the constitution. It's all about how much control they can gain for the government. The only question is how using the abortion issue gets them more power and in this case, it's about debasing society and eugenics.

Be more productive to get busy with their own state legislatures since the Supremes sent the issue back to the states where it belongs.

For all the whining and handwringing about cheating, the GOP rolled the state races in at best purple Virginia. Only one GOP candidate has received the most popular vote in a presidential election in the last 30+ years. The country is split right down the middle. GOP will regain the House but is unlikely to win the Senate, thanks to OZ and Herschel.

Despite whatever they put on the air, Fox wants Republicans to lose so they can pander to conservatives. Their ratings are dependent upon "rage viewership."

Well if people vote Democrat just because of the ruling that put abortion back to a state right, which it should be, our country deserves everything that it has coming to it.

Fox needs to fire their idiot pollsters and anyone involved in hiring the fools.

Fox is destined to doom simply because the young trust fund babies who will inherit Fox are liberals. They will turn it into CNN.v2

And in those states those laws are popular.

What's your point?
