The old saying Actions speak louder than words rings true here. While whoever made that list was going through a triggered sky-screaming rage, Trump actually moved to limit the spread. All while the other side called him a racist, and declared it wasn't that big a deal. Hug a Chinese man, Visit the Chinese festival, ect. Does that ring a bell?
Here is a better list of what ACTIONS Trump took. If you want to criticize and march that he didn't shut down shipping from China then I'll lock arm and march with you, but he did a lot more than you even realize all while being blasted and fought against on the left and the right.
