This is why I hate politicians. They use a roundabout way to answer.

Haha, remember when y’all said the military would have to drag him out because he’s Hitler?

Except the dems stole the election, surrounded themselves by the military, even put up a wall. And have started to force medical experiments on the masses. They also want to ban speech that doesn’t agree with them.

Then we would have had another election in 2028 and Trump wouldn’t be running. Just like every one before him.

How is sending the electoral votes back to the states and telling them to investigate their own fraud not abiding by the constitution?

What is the rebuttal to this?

The Electoral Count Act, Section 17 allows for objections to “the counting of any electoral vote or votes from any State or other question arising from the matter."

Pence had to receive all objections properly raised, and without argument for or against the objections. He had to demand the evidence. The Electoral Count Act allows each house two hours to debate the merits of each objection. Two hours is not enough time to present and debate evidence, and both houses must operate on the same set of facts.

Eleven Republican senators said that they would not vote without having an emergency ten-day commission to consider all the evidence.  However, the Electoral Count Act only allows a five-day limit on the entire process.

Due process requires the evidence to be heard before members vote on the objections.

Pence’s responsibility was to see that the presentation of the evidence and the votes took place within that five-day period.

Did Pence demand due process?

stand up to evil. The problem is he is part of the corrupt system.

The elections were corrupted at the state level (orchestrated at a national/multi-state level). He then certified the corruption to lock it in. He let the people behind the corruption take office and cover it all back up. There is nothing honorable or right out of that situation. To hide behind the constitution is despicable. He knows damn well the people that wrote the constitution wouldn’t have stood for that.

Well spoken.

The Framers ABHORRED Democracy (pure version); that is why they codified that Rights come from God, and not a Majority Vote. It is utterly ludicrous to believe that if a majority of Nazis vote to implement their evil policy, the minority just jumps in...like Pence...for 'Democracy'.

This ship has sailed. It will be Authoritarian Governance, with one Side or the Other holding power, while the loser revolts 'insurrectionist style'. Either Constitutional Principle (God-given Rights) Citizens stand down to Democratic Rule (that conflicts or denies God-given Rights) or they stand against it. Obvious that such a 'Stand' would not be at the Polls.

Muh Democracy. Pence is no patriot. Nor are those who ignorantly or misguidedly champion the lunacy of unfettered Democracy, regardless of policy concerns. Marxist Policy at the fore; Transnational Progressive version.

Geez. There is some serious education to be had in this Nation. Hard way, I suspect. What else is new in the historical record.

A bunch of states asked that the vote be sent back down to their legislature because of massive evidence of voter fraud and they wanted to make sure it got sorted out.

Which of these states failed to certify the results sent to fedgov?

Which of these states decertified their results?

The Constitution is very clear that elections are to be governed at the state level. The Founders actually made that decision at the Constitutional Convention. And the only role of the federal government was to open and count the electoral votes that were sent by the states.

What is the rebuttal to this?

None. Well one, but it cuts against your argument. Elections are run by the state expressly subject to Congressional regulation.

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

Our founding fathers would have done exactly opposite of what you did, Cuck.

A war would have started instead of bending over for treasonous opposition.

Not sure of how it would have come out, but allowing a Banana Republic to take over the USA, which is what he did, should never be the answer

I'll tell you what we should do.

Let's sink all bipartisan resources into completely transparent investigations into Jan 6 and the 2020 Election.

See how that comes out. Something tells me you don't want to do that.

All he needed to do was call for a damn discussion.

He didn’t bc somehow he thinks that he’s going to run for President, and some bullshite GOPe advisor told him that it was career suicide to side with trump.

It was bad advice, and a bad move.

He should have kept his word.

They would have had some floor debates, made some speeches and we still would have installed Xiden.

It was utter cowardice.

A modern day Benedict Arnold. The only way that he will ever win an elected position is to run on the Democrat ticket which he is an honary life time member.
