Not at all. It does not say anything about removing officials from office. It concerns the standard for ordering a new election—which is not the same thing, particularly when the opinion is analyzing ordering a redo prior to the certification of the original election.

If all the audits come out in favor that Trump won by a lot then it wouldn't be a split in this country. It would be more of a 70%-30% or 80%-20% Trump majority.

Is it Kelly they are trying to decertify??? -- that would be excellent news and something that CAN be accomplished!!!!
without his vote, there is a chance of escaping Cackle breaking a possible 50-50 vote. Then all we'd have to do is keep Romney
et al on the farm for a few critical votes. 
Of course if it can be used to show that POTUS results were reversed, then that might spread some good actions elsewhere.
