Morvant (retiring) is one of the few good Judges left in the 19th JDC which has become a mess. Faircloth is a legit conservative, huge LSU supporter, & an outstanding person.
His main competitor seems to be lib RINO councilwoman Jenn Racca, who spent the initial part of the pandemic telling people their civil liberties didn’t mean squat & to stay home and obey.
Strongly support Jordan Faircloth in this race. The election will be March 26.

What is his stance on the sanctity of an election?
SG needs a judge that will expedite this case and stand up for the state constitution and the rights we have therein.

How would he rule on JBEs emergency declaration? That’s all I need to know.

No shite. If you are going to advertise on this site at least pay chicken what he’s due. I’d remove this thread if I were him.

I have zero affiliation with Faircloth’s campaign & would suggest contacting him directly on this issue. I’m sure he’d be happy to discuss.

I think Brad Myers, a guy that has been practicing for 39 years at Kean Miller, is likely his main competitor. Don’t know much about him but his credentials seem legit.

Understatement of the year. Makes CDC look like a bastion of legal scholarship.
Funniest (saddest) example is Trudy White. She fricked up carimi nal docket so bad we'll just move her to civil.

Morvant sided with JBE abusing his power.

Are we allowed to ask when he got his booster?

My cousin was his secretary for many many years when he was on the criminal bench. I was very disappointed he sided with JBE instead of the rights of citizens.
