OK so THIS may literally be the worst example of this woke meme in history. Even more so than the guy they tried to cancel for saying niggardly.
Can anyone link any advocacy for UIC’s Black Law Students Association? I'd love to read this idiocy.

If this triggers the students, how can they litigate or defend an employment discrimination case?
Exactly.
This is literally a hypothetical to train people to fight their fight. Why it's so absurd

This brouhaha is ridiculous, but let’s look at the bigger picture. This guy is a tenured professor who no longer has to teach classes. He can spend all his time researching and writing. Sounds to me like a win for him.

So will these words not have to be said in court by lawyers, and written out in court documents? So someone is being punished for using words that the people that are offended/prosecuting them will have to use to get them to be found "guilty" of whatever it is they made up.
Our society is fricked if we start picking and choosing words that can't be used based on who uses it.
My thing is...if a black guy calls me a derogatory name and I respond in kind, Im the one that gets in trouble? Yeah that's not equal in a nation that requires equality under the law not "equity".

I have heard of criminal justice law professors getting 'dinged' for having case law discussion of rape without 'trigger warnings.'
Remember, STUDENTS submit evaluations of the teachers and teachers can lose their jobs if they are given low scores.
This happened to an Organic Chemistry pre-med professor. Gave out bad grades and got fired.

According to Harvard Law School Professor Jeannie Suk, she and her colleagues have been pressured by students to avoid writing exam questions involving sexual violence or even teaching about the law regarding sexual violence in order to protect students from potential distress.

Kilborn had some legal issues when he was at LSU, as well, though nothing to do with teaching.

What dat is? Are they talking about jive from the 70s which evolved into Ebonics of the 90s and are now calling it AVE?
