For those seeking exemptions to mandates

For those seeking an exemption from a vaccine mandate, medical-based exemptions are much easier to obtain than religious ones. This snippet from a document shows what you will probably be asked/shown in response to your request for religious exemption if that request is based on the use of Fetal Cells.
Just putting this out there to help you prepare if that is your intent.
I know of multiple companies that are doing this:

Cool... And what if someone says that they don't take any of those either

Then it might get approved???

That's actually a weak list since they used name brands of medications. I don't use Pepto, but I do use the Wally world generic. If they called out Bismuth subsalicylate, I would be guilty.

I think this exemption might work better:
"I have prayed to God asking if I should take any of the COVID vaccines. I believe the answer I have received is no. Forcing me to take a COVID vax will force me to violate God's will and is a violation of my religious beliefs".
Not sure how an employer would be able to argue with the above attestation. Bringing in some shill liberal "christian" pastor would not work either as one's relationship with God is personal.
Christians should pray about this so it's not a lie.

Don't see the gotcha here... If people are going to lie that their religion exemption is due to the fetal lines, why wouldn't they lie about all of those.
And whose to say I didn't "find religion" since I last took sudafed

They gonna drug test me for Ibuprofen?
No. But in all likelihood, if you attested you didn't take any of those, they would assume you are a liar and start looking for other ways to get rid of you.

Are they going to drug test them now for Tylenol or ibuprofen?

Exactly
EDIT: More than likely they will ask you what you take for a headache BEFORE they show you this document.

It forces a Christian to either
A) Lie about not taking any of the mentioned products
B) Abstain from a million different products (which might not be a bad idea in many cases).

total BS because every one of those drugs was being sold long before stem cells were used for anything but research and they didnt go back and change their recipes to sprinkle in some aborted baby stem cells "just for added seasoning"
but go back to DU and tell them their propaganda was weak and even a blind man can see through it

WTF dude, this didn't come from DU, this come from a conversation I had with an HR person this morning.
I simply put it on here to give people who work at large corporations a heads up on what they will be subjected to should they ask for a religious exemption. Use it, don't use, I don't really give a damn.

But can they show proof that the COVID vaccine is fully FDA approved like all those products are?

My parents gave me Tylenol as a kid but I was baptized as an adult.

better question is, what are the medical exemption reasons?
I'd assume anyone that has heart trouble/potential issues should be a guarantee, right?

So on what grounds would you recommend for someone to use to get a medical exemption?

I would have another question for them. Can they attest that all the drugs on that list were developed with the use of fetal cell tissue that was taken from aborted fetuses? I ask, because they have been using aborted fetuses since the early 70's (along the time of Roe vs Wade). Many of those drugs were developed before the 70's and may have used fetal tissue from possible stillborn babies that were possibly donated to science. Unless they can attest in a court of law that every one of those drugs used fetal tissue from aborted fetuses, I think they may not have legal ground to stand on.

I promise I won't use any of the items on the list
