Can someone explain how this would actually work since she hasn't been charged with anything? Would this be a pardon against future charges?

Trump doesn't have to do shite. He should just wash his hands of Hillary altogether. The Justice Department, FBI, and the courts can handle her just fine and the executive can stay focused on matters that concern the executive.

Hillary isn't president. She holds no public office. So this distracts from the meaningful business of governing not one iota. Sorry Hilldawg.

In other words, "hey guys, everything I said was complete and total bullshite"...., yeah a Trump pardon of Hillary would go over great with his supporters.

Nope tired of the notion that it is ok for powerful people to break the law because they will never be held accountable. Her, Lois Lerner, and Loretta Lynch can share a cell

I agree but that is not how it will be spun. She needs a fair trial that the whole world can see. If she is jailed then it would be said that she was always railroaded and punished for politics. If she is convicted and then pardoned it will show that it wasn't political. Plus it will show that Trump has mercy that Democrats never have.

Actually we need to send a loud and clear message that powerful government officials are not above the law and that blatant disregard for national security interests is unacceptable.

Hell no, as a former military member with a top secret clearance, this would be a huge slap in the face. Those military personnel in jail or on trial for doing something similar to what she should be convicted of would love the same treatment if she were pardoned.

Otherwise Trump will never have a presidency.

1) People don't like the Clintons. No one will rise to defend them. He needs to set an example with her

2) The media sensed blood in the water on Nixon. They wanted to crush the Rep party. The MSM will essentially ignore the crushing of a democrat

Pavlov's dog, dude.

You act up, you get your snout slapped.

We dont want presidential candidates thinking they can break the law because they will get pardoned.

Hillary needs her snout slapped.
