This is not true. Your ideology leads you to this conclusion. This board is very right leaning. Sometimes a thousand whispers can seem like a scream. Hell, half of us don’t even like Trump very much but the modern left is so insane that it leaves normal, level-headed people no alternative.

Ugh, you realize house republicans led by Comer have been trying to do this for a while, right? It’s just unfortunate that the guy they are going after didn’t cheat on his wife with a pornstar and try to cover it up as a business expense, nor have they found actual evidence (this is important for trials) of some other crime.

Not allowed to use Stormy’s own writings to impeach her testimony.
Not allowed to have an expert tear apart claims of campaign finance violations.
Cohen’s attorney was nearly ejected and his testimony stricken for the equivalent of “You eyeballin’ me boy?!?” when testifying to all the falsehoods Cohen had made in this case.
Etc.
Stalin’s show trials weren’t so transparently fixed.

Talk about missing the point. IF this case was accurate and a lying, aging porn star and a convicted perjurer were telling the truth, why was Trump targeted and not the violent felons in New York that are let go every year or the other politicians who break laws?
Think about how many 10's of millions of dollars were wasted on this case just to "get" Trump labeled as a convict.

Really? Trump used an insurrection accusation to start jailing his opponents? Because that sounds like someone else.
This was nothing but a made up crime charged by a Democrat, with a trial hand-picked by Democrats to have a VERY biased Democrat with a Democrat jury in one of the most Democrat leaning areas of the Country to convict the leader of the Republican Party, coincidently enough, just before an election.
That type of legal system is what happens in third world countries.
Anyone who can't see that is being paid by the Democrats to lie, has an IQ below 60, or is so emotionally involved in ensuring their side wins they are unable to be intellectually honest.

This trial proves one thing for sure, if you want to cover up something embarassing by paying someone off, do it with personal cash as in folding currency. Instead, Trump tries to get clever and make his company pay it off and in so doing, left a huge paper trail. Trump did it to himself and he deserves what happens.
