Sure, sure. Let's put the general public in danger and take longer to arrest him without the public's tips because of "procedure." Brilliant plan.
Way to run defense for the overt disregard for public safety by the people charged with ensuring the public's safety.
They didn't release the description because he was black. How many examples of this happening do you need before finally accepting the truth? All you are doing is giving support to the anti-White crowd in this country.

Seriously? How about a description, where last seen, armed and dangerous, bolo, and call 911 if you see him.

I will start out by admitting that I don't know about actual procedure, but to a layperson that sounds awfully counter-intuitive.

You are a dishonest idiot. The procedure is to inform the public of an armed and dangerous person on the loose. Be on the lookout, don't approach, and call the police if you see him. And you know it.
