So are some pretending he woulda dropped dead without the cop kneeing his neck, while he died?

Its not gonna be easy to get a significant conviction if this is true.

Its about to be more of a shitshow now.

no

we're also not pretending anymore that this dude would've died just b/c of how the cop was restraining him

I won't go that far. I'm no doctor but the cop doing that had to cause something.

Are you contributing this to imply the officer’s actions were appropriate Abbas benign?

I don’t think he thought he was going to kill him before he subdued him. It’s hard to see murder as I don’t see the malice or intent

The issue is a combination of underlying conditions and drugs with the restraint isn't going to get you a murder conviction.

But that's precisely why he's dead.

If all other causes of death are ruled out, this may not be as big of a deal.

The restraint is listed as a contributor to the death.

If he didn’t overdose, then we’re back to death by restraint with confounding factors of his weight, health and drug/alcohol usage.

Only if the jury is comprised of complete fricking morons. So yes, you're probably right.

Maybe he wasn't a healthy person?

Something along these lines is most likely what we are looking at. I'm guessing that's why the officer is listed as a "contributing factor" as opposed to the actual cause. Floyd may have had some medical condition (perhaps a heart condition / excited delirium syndrome) that killed him. A normal healthy person without this condition would have lived through the scenario. And the officer couldn't have known about the medical condition.

He appeared to be ok before the neck kneeling.

And your careful watching of video has more authority than the Medical Examiner’s autopsy? Wow! You must carry some serious credentials!

I'm pretty sure if he did not get neck kneeled he would be home by now.

Wow there goes those credentials again!

How about if you have cardiac problems, hypertension, and take illegal drugs you don’t resist arrest. Then you don’t get kneeled on and die.

While watching the videos, did you see how the police killed the other two black occupants of the car? Neither did I. The murdering racist cops let them walk away after cooperating.

Now the cops will get their day in court. And justice will run its course. But since you just know they are guilty, why don’t you offer your obvious supernatural abilities to the prosecution.

This goes strongly in the blue column, but they are not walking yet.

It literally says that the restraint contributed to his death, but you think because he had some underlying health conditions that also contributed to it that the restraint somehow doesn’t matter?

You think this might drive whites to riot maybe?

I found it odd the autopsy states so surely he did not die of asphyxiation, but does not state what he died of.

It still could. It will be tougher. Minneapolis specifically trains their officers to put perps on their side when restrained because of the potential for restraint asphyxia.
