NEW - FIGHTING BACK: Risking being held in contempt and thrown in PRISON, Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier tells activist judge to SHOVE IT after she told him to order law enforcement statewide to STAND DOWN against arresting illegals.
"The judge wants me to put my stamp of approval on an order prohibiting all state law enforcement from enforcing Florida’s immigration laws when no law enforcement are party to the lawsuit," Uthmeier said, per Fox
"I’m just not going to do that. We believe the court has overstepped and lacks jurisdiction there, and I will not tell law enforcement to stop fulfilling their constitutional duties."
"I do not believe an AG should be held in contempt for respecting the rule of law and appropriate separation of powers. The ACLU is dead set on obstructing President Donald Trump’s efforts to detain and deport illegals, and we are going to fight back. We will vigorously defend our laws and advance President Trump’s agenda on illegal immigration."

Presently, it's frustrating and the same folks running around assuring us Trump wouldn't/couldn't win are the same ones attempting to conflate the simple facts around these Marxist judges overstepping their constitutional boundaries, but I'm confident that good will continue to overcome evil.

Judges have absolute authority. Why even bother with having other government positions? The black robed tyrants can rule with iron fists.
Wouldn't surprise me if down the road, we see some old judges declaring that it's unconstitutional if someone they want to frick doesn't frick them.
