Whether it's GOD or Satan or AI or Trump in my ear, trying to steer me or coerce me- to compel me to do something... it is still ultimately my choice to act, not act, or not choose anything at all.

Plaintiff attorneys claim ChatGPT "may have advised the shooter how to commit these heinous crimes" or provided tactical assistance.
Ikner allegedly engaged in more than 200 conversations with ChatGPT in the lead-up to the attack.
He allegedly asked questions about school shootings, the busiest times on campus, how the nation/media might react to a shooting at FSU, and scenarios involving casualties or a fictitious shooting.
Now I'd not believe a plaintiff attorney's claims out-of-hand any more than I would an IRGC assessment of Operation Epic Fury. But if true, OpenAI/ChatGPT will get legally sodomized, and rightfully so.
