And the master of ceremonies is Terrell Owens

quote:
Terrell Owens who donated $25,000 to the reward fund for information regarding the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells has been sued over a five-word X post calling for the arrest of Benjamin Warren Hudson Jr., Eli Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour.
Their lawyers are claiming that the post accused the three men of murdering Nolan Wells.
The fathers of Benjamin Warren Hudson Jr., Eli Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour filed the complaint Monday, Oct. 5, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, Southern Division, on behalf of their sons. The three are between 18 and 21 and are treated as minors under Mississippi law, so the case is brought through their fathers as next friends.
Owens, a Nevada resident, is the only defendant. The suit demands a jury trial, compensatory damages, and punitive damages.
Counsel are Pascagoula attorney J. Tyler Cox of Taylor and Cox Law Firm and Houston attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik of Taylor Dykema PLLC, whose pro hac vice application was listed as forthcoming. Paltzik had already warned Owens in public. The day after the post, he wrote on X:
“Johnny, tell Terrell Owens what he’s won! A tight spiral of a defamation suit thrown downfield his way in the very near future! TRIAL TIME, T.O.”
The Post
At 12:15 a.m. CDT on Sept. 26, Owens posted from @terrellowens:
"ARREST THEM IMMEDIATELY!! LIKE YESTERDAY!!”
Under that was a link to an Instagram reel from “The Trent Out Loud Show,” hosted by Canadian commentator Trent Hall. The embed carried a photo of Hudson, Pitalo, and Seymour. The complaint says that was not a bare repost. It was Owens’ own post, his own words, and an endorsement of the video.
The reel, posted Sept. 25, opens with this demand, quoted in the complaint: “Arrest Nolan’s former friends, the three white boys, immediately! Warren, Jax, and Morgan! We now have probable cause!” It also calls for the arrest of the Mississippi district attorney and claims deletions were found on Nolan Wells’ phone after he died.
The caption on the reel: “ARREST THE 3 WHITE BOYS & THE DA, EXPEDITIOUSLY.”

will always be weak. He's a terrible neighbor. A whiny former player. And obviously a racist cuck.

This is going to get expensive for TO. I doubt he has insurance to cover the defense costs of something like this.

He’s going to need to get a new nfl contract to pay this off. Colin Kapperdick and T O can do a 2 for 1 deal with someone, maybe the Saints could get instantly better, certainly wouldn’t get worse

This isn’t about politics.

How's it not? You have elected congressmen neck deep in spouting absurdities about this. The grifting attorney for the family of grifters is trying to get this investigated federally so they can get more attention nationwide.

There are probably several ripe for civil suits - including the race baiters.

He never could keep his mouth shut.

Good. Start holding these race baiting lying PsOS accountable for their divisive, harmful rhetoric and smearing of the reputations of innocent people.

He was talking about coming back to the NFL a year or two ago. That's when I knew it was bad.
