The outrage from the left on Reddit, twitter, the police chief, mayor, etc., is telling. Usually they would be quick to defend this, and not only aren’t they defending it, they’re calling out the corruption just like the right.

That’s pretty telling. What is says to me is that Foxx made this move unilaterally thinking no one would give a shite. No one supports it, not the Chicago PD, not the Mayor, not anyone in the Ag’s office, no one. IMO she is fricked because when your own office doesn’t support you, they aren’t going to cover for your arse when an investigation into you and your decision pops up.
