That is a massively shitty analysis. Where are the histopathologic sections? And why they are treating mucosal immunity as though it is entirely distinct is exceedingly odd. A secondary viral response should produce IgG, IgA and IgE antibody responses through heavy-chain isotype switching. The primary response will mainly be IgM and IgG, with the secondary response having higher average affinity.
