The guy is an old-school unionist Democrat. He wants jobs and income for low income people. You can disagree with him on how those policies will work, but that is what he stands on.
His other policies are not that liberal.

Pandering to who? The folks who put him in office already agree with the DNC status quo. Unlike Manchin, who is a old time Dem, Fetterman is current day. He' tacking directly opposite from those who supported him just 2 years ago.
