If there’s one person in Biden’s administration that’s in on it and actively planned it, it is clearly Mayorkas. He has more to lose than his job because if Trump is reelected and especially if RFK is in his administration, Mayorkas could go to prison or worse for the rest of his life over what he’s done on the border and immigration as well as for treason. Things get worse for Biden and Kamala if Trump is assassinated to where I don’t suspect either of them, but Nikki Haley would not go after Mayorkas and he can breath again.

I’m also almost confident that Garland was an active planner as well (same motives as Mayorkas), while I don’t think either of them would have gone forward without Blinken and Sullivan signing off on it, who also need to make sure that Trump and RFK don’t go within sniffing distance of the White House. All four of them are going to prison if Trump and RFK make it to the White House, so they needed Trump dead, and probably RFK as well.
