Marco Rubio personally revoked her visa. This is clearly within his rights. Shouldn't such court challenges be about "gray" areas of the law? The law in this case is super clear

This is what the free speech bros like Bunk can’t seem to comprehend. Biden/Blinken let them slide. Trump and Rubio won’t.

No hears the problem diego, its all fun and games while foreigners celebrate a fcking terrorist organization that cuts the heads off innocent women and sticks their penis in the mouth of the head for videocameras.

Then an America that believes freedom does not give you the right to celebrate that on our soil takes a fckin stand.

THEY ARE A GUEST, THEY SHOULD BEHAVE LIKE A GUEST NOT TROUBLEMAKERS. They want to protest go back to gaza, plenty of fresh air, hopefully she can keep her head attached.

That's fine if it's the standard, I just think we're better than sending goon squads to scoop up people for doing nothing wrong. Don't cry when the left does this authoritarian garbage, too.

Bunk,

You do realize that a visa has limited rights in the US, and the govt is well within their rights to search all your social media. I highly doubt she just wrote one innocent paper and was picked up.

I'd like to see the evidence/a hearing, but I understand the argument she may not deserve one.

Might be unpopular, but I wish we never took the foot off the gas on McCarthyism. The hollywood types have proven themselves repeatedly to be the worst of humanity. The far left have grown more powerful, completely taking over the DNC.

I have no problem with waging legal warfare on the 5th column.

Obama and Biden are the progenitors of authoritarian garbage. The left just loses their shite when their own tactics are used against them.

I think that's the whole point with this deportation. The ONLY specific out there is that she co-authored an op-ed in her student newspaper which was critical of Israeli policy.

The government will never offer any specifics. It will just imply that opposition to Israeli policy is the same as support for terrorists. This has serious implications for American politics.

The administration has the power to give and revoke visas as they please. Visas aren’t citizenship. Judge and whiny dems need to pound sound over their clutching about visas and deportations.

You missed it. It was posted on page 3 of this thread.

If you apply for a visa to enter the United States and be a student, and you tell us the reason you are coming to the United States is not just because you want to write op-eds, but because you want to participate in movements that are involved in doing things like vandalizing universities, harassing students, taking over buildings, creating a ruckus -- we're not going to give you a visa,"

I anxiously await your pivot.

There is no pivot. And other than a Government official claiming it (Marco Rubio). There's nothing in that article you linked that says she's done any of the things you believe she's done, nor have we seen any evidence of those things. The only thing we have is Marco Rubio (a politician) accusing her of these things.

Maybe the word of a politician is good enough for you, but I've learned enough over the years to know that the word of our Government and the politicians who run it cannot always be trusted.

She may very well be the person you believe she is, but a politician claiming such things carries little weight with me. If you want to blindly take the word of your Government, well then be my guest. Personally, I know better. I'll wait until more is revealed.

This new found unquestioned trust conservatives now have in Government officials is moving. I don't share it.

I have a feeling if President Kamala or AOC deported some students for writing or saying something you agree with, you might see it differently. But, if you’re consistent on this all around, props to you.

My man. They persecuted American citizens for years for having the gall of listening to a speech in D.C.
