I believe stills are regulated. You've got to have it registered etc.
Lots of hoops to jump through.

I could be wrong.

Until about 2 months ago I would have had no clue.

But I stumbled across The Waltons on one of the free streaming services and watched a couple of episodes.

I would love this to be, but that would take major jurisprudential upheaval to last.

Anybody on this board know Richard Landry from Moonshiners? I'm not usually a fan of these kind of scripted shows, but that guy is an absolute artist when it comes to making liquor.

Im guessing LT Raine wil find this ruling in his favor. Because in Maynerville TN what the Federal Government calls illegal activity, they just call a man trying to make a living for his family selling moonshine liquor.

I’m pretty much past the hard booze stage, but that table top distiller is one of the coolest things I’ve seen posted in a while.

Such a huge attitude change in only 25 years.

It's wild.

It gives me hope that wokeism and DEI can be completely destroyed in 25 years.

I haven't read the opinion, but based on what?

Do I have a constitutional right to make meth?

Your opinion of what's "cool and edgy" isn't relevant to the OP.

seems to be really easy to distill with one of these little electric distillers, from what I can tell

If you’re not doing it with a clay oven and tin pots and pipes in the woods then don’t even try

I thought it was OK for an individual to distill alcohol as long as they weren’t selling it.
That's what I thought also.

I had a neighbor at my previous home that made bourbon and brandy. Damn good stuff too.
